Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing Health-Hub Africa services or the MyHealth Vault+ platform, you agree to comply with these clinical terms and conditions.
1. Service Scope & Medical Network
Health-Hub Africa provides an integrated healthcare delivery system designed to improve patient access, emergency response speed, and continuous medical record integrity across Africa. Our core service arms include:
- DispatchCare™: Rapid emergency response and on-scene clinical stabilization deployed via patented Emergency Medical Dispatch Response Units (EMDRU).
- MinuteCare™: 24/7 walk-in outpatient clinics providing rapid primary care, minor illness diagnosis, routine checks, and immunizations.
- CareTest™: Accurate point-of-care and laboratory diagnostic testing, wellness screenings, and pathology reporting.
- TeleCare™: 24/7 virtual medical consultations connecting licensed healthcare professionals with patients via secure video/voice.
- TravelSafe™: Pre-travel clinical readiness, real-time traveler medical coverage, emergency evacuation coordination, and post-travel follow-up.
- MyHealth Vault+™: Patient-controlled, AI-assisted digital health record platform (myvaultplus.com).
- HealthConsult™: Physician-led healthcare systems advisory, corporate wellness strategies, and personalized medicine consulting.
2. Medical Emergency Disclaimer & Dispatch Protocol
DispatchCare™ is designed to provide immediate, on-scene medical triage, stabilization, and vital support using high-mobility motorcycle units capable of bypassing urban traffic congestion. However:
- DispatchCare operates within designated urban service radii. While our units carry emergency resuscitation, oxygenation, and trauma-stabilization equipment, DispatchCare motorcycles are stabilization and initial triage vehicles, not patient-transport ambulances.
- Where secondary transport to an intensive care or surgical facility is clinically indicated, Health-Hub coordinates onward transfer with accredited ambulance partners and receiving tertiary hospitals.
- If you are experiencing life-threatening symptoms, you must immediately call our 24/7 emergency dispatch line at +234 707 688 6101.
3. TeleCare™ Virtual Consultation Terms
TeleCare provides professional medical consultations with verified physicians and clinicians. Telehealth services are subject to specific clinical parameters:
- Telemedicine does not fully replace physical examinations for conditions requiring tactile palpation, complex auscultation, or invasive diagnostic sampling.
- Our clinicians reserve the clinical discretion to determine whether a virtual consultation is appropriate for your reported symptoms or if physical presentation at a MinuteCare clinic or emergency department is mandatory.
- Electronic prescriptions issued via TeleCare are subject to statutory pharmacy regulations. Controlled substances and regulated drugs cannot be prescribed virtually without documented physical examination history.
4. Patient Responsibilities
To ensure high medical accuracy and patient safety, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and comprehensive clinical history, including known drug allergies, pre-existing conditions, and ongoing medications.
- Adhere to prescribed dosages, instructions, and follow-up guidance provided by Health-Hub clinicians.
- Safeguard your authentication credentials for the MyHealth Vault+ patient portal and notify us immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.

6. MyHealth Vault+™ Platform Terms
MyHealth Vault+ (myvaultplus.com) is owned and operated by Health-Hub Africa. Patients retain sovereign ownership over their personal medical profiles and may grant, revoke, or restrict clinical access to their health records at any time through their dashboard settings.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Lagos State, Nigeria.
